What is Fertilization?
Remember what core aeration is? It’s the process of removing soil samples to loosen the soil, allowing grass roots to grow deeper as well as aid in the distribution of nutrients. Well fertilization supplies those nutrients to your lawn.
Fertilizing is what makes your grass greener, denser, and healthier by spreading important nutrients across your lawn evenly with a mechanical spreading device.
The process involves three main nutrients: Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P), and Potassium (K).
Nitrogen gives your grass that dark, green, healthy look, while phosphorus stimulates the development and growth of roots and seeds. Finally, potassium prevents disease and drought throughout your lawn.
